• Most Recent Pay Stub (W2) or Last 2 years tax returns (1099 or self employed)
• Recent Utility Bill in Your Name (bank statement could possibly work)
• Recent phone bill

  References. (Friends and Family. Name, ADDRESS, and Phone. Must all have different Addresses.)

• Landlord/Mortgage
